  1. Eva,
    I didn't know you were a foodie! So am I. On lemons and cleaning chicken, that is the traditional way that it is done in Ethiopia. I never knew that people also used vinegar to do that.
    In the summer, I become as close to a farmer as one can in medium high-density Framingham. Today I am making radish green soup from the too-plentiful radishes from my garden. I love it! It's the greatest escape from the ever-present computer and work.
